✨ Save the date ✨ Women’s Circle with Breathe with Bethan Thursday 22nd October 7pm–8.45pm A Blissful Balance, Wellesbourne £25 per person I’m so pleased to be welcoming Bethan, a meditation teacher and experienced women’s circle facilitator, to hold her first circle at A Blissful Balance. The evening will begin with herbal tea and time to settle into the space, followed by a grounding meditation, guided journaling and an opportunity to share with the group if you feel comfortable — with absolutely no pressure. It will be a warm and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the support and connection that comes from sitting alongside other women.
